  • Operating System (Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, XP, Vista, or 7)
  • Version Number (select Help | About Yeah Write)
  • A description of the problem and how to reproduce it
  • Any other information you think might help us

 

XP Patch

For users have been having trouble installing Yeah Write that use Windows XP, please download and run the patch program.  Once you have run the patch, re-install Yeah Write.  This should fix the problem, if this doesn't help please send an email to support@wordplace.com.

 

 

Windows Vista Users

The Yeah Write Help Section was written in a program called Windows Help.  However, this Windows Help program has not had a major update for many Windows releases, and it no longer meets Microsoft standards. Therefore, starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft has decided that it will no longer include this Windows Help program as a component of Windows.  To view the Help Section of Yeah Write, users must now download WinHlp32.exe from the Microsoft Download Center, and then install it on their computers.  To do this, users should visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=82148.

 

 

Printing Problems

Yeah Write sometimes has trouble with older printer drivers. Updating to the latest printer driver for a particular printer usually solves these problems. Here are URLs where you can get the latest drivers for a few printer companies:
